Beat The Summer Heat With Free And Frugal Spraygrounds and Splash Pads In Georgia

Summer is officially here and temps are rising. It is not unusual to have temps reach 100 degrees here in Georgia. Our subdivision doesn't have a pool so we need to find other ways to get wet and beat the heat.

  25. Gordonia-Alatamaha State Park - Reidsville - FREE with $5 State parking fee
  26. Riverside Park Splash Pad - Roswell - $2 per child

  29. Old Atlanta Sprayground - Suwanee - $2 per child

Sewell Pool and Splash Pad. The pool is located at 2085 Lower Roswell Road in Marietta.

2014 Hours
May 22-26, 2014 from 1 to 5pm.
May 27-Aug. 3, 2014 daily 1-5pm, Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:30-8:30pm and Friday evening will be Teen Night from 5:30 to 8:30pm.

As of June 25th Hampton Splash Pad is only free to Hampton residents. The fee for non - Hampton residents is $10 per child daily. Thought I'd let you know before anyone wastes the gas.
