My daughter is very passionate about everything art right now. She not only wants to learn all she can about techniques and mediums but also various artists throughout history. So this year we have been taking advantage of the library and a couple local art museums, the HIGH Museum of Art, MODA Museum, Michael C. Carlos Museum (click the links to read reviews on these museums).
I made two journal pages for the kids. One is an art museum journal page. We use this when we visit the art museums. There are several fun activities including a scavenger hunt, signature copywork, art examination and more.
